In the case of weather emergencies, the Minnesota Internship Center closes when the Minneapolis Public Schools closes.

Official school and/or system closing announcements will be made by WCCO radio and carried on WCCO television starting at 5:00 a.m. KARE-11, KSTP-5, WCCO-4, UPN-9, WCCO-Radio 830 AM, KBEM -Radio 88.5 FM. are also notified.
